Your first meeting, in four steps.
Control the meeting and read the notes from this dashboard.
- 1Choose your voice channel
Select Start a meeting, add an optional title, and choose the Discord voice channel Quill should join.
- 2Choose whether to capture text chat
Attach a compatible text channel to include new typed messages from meeting participants, or choose voice only. Earlier channel messages are not imported.
- 3Check the capture policy and participants
The start form shows your configured capture policy. Check the participant list after capture begins and speak a short test sentence.
- 4Follow along, then save the takeaways
Passages appear after a pause or a short audio segment. Use Stop meeting here to finish capture and prepare the summary, then download your notes.
Before everyone arrives
- Invite Quill and confirm the bot is connected.
- Start a short test with two people using separate Discord accounts.
- Check that both names and their spoken passages appear.
- If chat is attached, send a test message in that channel.
- Stop the test and check the transcript and export.
